Sacramento is home to thousands of youth and their families that are in distress. Many families have experienced financial hardships and are not able to provide basic necessities like food for their children. The purpose of C.H.A.M.P.S. 4 Life in the community is to provide resources and programs that allow families to rebuild, prepare, and participate successfully at home, school, and in the community.
